Our Arizona Red Sauce is the most versatile sauce we make.  It can be used in many applications for cooking and dipping and dips.   It contains the very high quality Hatch New Mexico red chili but it is not an enchilada sauce, it stands alone and is very versatile.  Below are some great ideas for the bold unique flavor of our very own Arizona Red Sauce.

The first application for this magnificent sauce is at breakfast time. It is great on eggs or omelets.  Skip the ketchup and use this.  You will love it!

For dips:  Use this sauce in sour cream for a great any time or party time dip.  Use 1/2 cup per 16 oz of sour cream.  Some use the whole jar. I would add 1/2 cup then taste to see how bold you want the flavor.

For burritos or bean dip.  Use your favorite can of refried beans and Add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Arizona Red Sauce, mix well and microwave on high for 3 minutes covered.  Stir well and serve.

For tacos, use half the jar in a lb of meat with onions, red and green bell pepper and jalapeno.

what you need:
1 lb hamburger  (ground chicken or turkey can be substituted)
1 red bell pepper diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 diced jalapeno peppers  (remove seeds and veins if you want mild.)
1/2 jar Arizona Red Sauce

Saute vegetables with hamburger until hamburger is cooked thoroughly,  drain fat. Add Arizona Red Sauce and stir well. Cook 5 minutes on low and serve.

Roasted Chicken:  Use on a roasted Chicken to spice it up.  Simply rub the chicken skin with the red sauce. Bake uncovered in shallow baking dish (Do not crowd, a casserole dish works well) on 425 F for 45 to 80 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.  ( Cooking time depends on the size of the whole chicken)

Baked or grilled chicken:  Clean chicken and put in ziplock bag.  Pour in enough red sauce to coat the chicken.  Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.  Bake or grill until cooked through.

Also good on nachos or as a chip dip.
